An introduction to CRM. If you have been using a CRM for a while you will find the information as an overview. Would take an intermediate course on the topic.

Very disappointed in this course, which was listed under free, but will not let me complete the final exam. The course was fine but feel it was misrepresented and a waste of my time as I work for a state agency and we cannot take courses that are not free.
