Well created course. Very easy to understand for beginners. Especially giving access to Qwiklabs is one of the amazing practical scenario provided by Google.

Amazing! Gives you a great base understanding of what the IT support area has to offer. From the history of computers, to best practices of customer service.

Good explanations of basic fundamentals that we easy to follow. It both reinforced what I already knew and schooled me on things I thought I knew but didn't.
