Very interesting coursework and use of the very basic functions of Information Technology in a way that is easy to comprehend.

The Google IT program is very good and I would encourage other persons to get involve because it would be beneficial for them.

I enjoyed all of the content of Technical Support Fundamentals. I have a sense of accomplishment and motivated to learn more.

This is a good course for both beginners, and and those who want to get back into IT, but need their skills updated/refreshed.

A good beginner course, but a little out of date. It corrects the information but it is a bit tedious getting the corrections.
