A lot of information but important and well organized. Find the Coursera website poorly organized. The Forums and Discussions are ridiculous as many posts and requests are month's old.

Great course. I learned a lot and I appreciate how detailed it was. I am glad we had an opportunity to write our own creative brief and that it's not only theoretical but practical also.

Need print outs in resources of the info covered in the videos! (Not its captioning but like, when they put a hart up in the video, would be great if we could download those via the resources tab!)
