This course helped me think of news ways to think and new ways to reach certain goals that I would have not thought about. It's kind of long but I was interested and completed the course feeling good.

I learned so much from this course. I have a completely different concept of happiness now. I realize it includes learning to deal with the negative elements of life as well. I have better strategies now to cope with this thing we call life.

This course was very helpful. It took examples from day to day life. The assignments very easy as well as tough at times. I think this should be taught in schools and colleges with modified content as per the age group. It will help masses.

Although a lot of work if you do all the assignments, this class was excellent. Good instructor, valuable information, good insight into what works based on research that is presented so you aren't just taking their word for it. Good job.

If you really pay attention to the lectures and do your best to implement these practices in your life, then you will probably feel a little bit happier (or at least be able to recognize the things in your life that are making you unhappy).
