This specialization provides an in-depth, multi-dimensional understanding of women’s health through three integrated courses: pelvic floor function, movement for menopause, and hypermobility. Learners explore the anatomy, physiology, and movement patterns that influence women’s well-being across all life stages. Combining expert-led video tutorials, illustrated resources, and practical assignments, this program equips healthcare and fitness professionals with the tools to assess, guide, and support women holistically.
Applied Learning Project
Learners will engage in anatomy mapping, movement analysis, and guided exercise assignments, applying theory to realistic case scenarios. Each project emphasizes translating evidence-based knowledge into practical strategies for client assessment, treatment planning, and wellness education.
