This specialization provides a comprehensive, industry-oriented understanding of steam generators (boilers) and their auxiliary systems used in modern thermal power plants. Learners gain expertise in boiler design, thermal calculations, plant layout, pressure parts, process systems, civil and structural engineering, environmental control systems, electrical and instrumentation integration, manufacturing, erection, commissioning, operation, and performance testing, developing a holistic understanding of boiler island engineering. By the end of the program, learners will be equipped with the technical and practical skills required for boiler design, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and performance optimization in thermal power plants, preparing them for industry roles across the boiler engineering lifecycle.
