You'll start with the fundamentals of block storage: creating, modifying, and removing physical partitions; configuring and managing swap space; and creating filesystems that mount correctly at boot or on demand. You'll also apply mount options and filesystem features that support stable, predictable behavior in production. The course then moves into enterprise storage patterns. You'll mount remote file shares using NFS and manage Network Block Devices for extended storage capacity. You'll use LVM to create, resize, and migrate logical volumes across multi-disk configurations — the kind of dynamic storage management that production workloads demand. Advanced filesystem permissions and storage performance monitoring under real-world conditions round out the enterprise module. The final module is dedicated entirely to LFCS exam readiness. You'll consolidate your knowledge across all program topics, use mock exam results to identify remaining gaps, and build a focused final revision plan.
