Learners create an Enterprise AI Maturity Scorecard, evaluate AI vendors, design agentic workflows, and complete four executive-ready projects: a transformation roadmap, investment recommendation, AI governance charter, and Microsoft AI deployment strategy.
By the end of the program, participants can translate AI capabilities into business value, lead the transition to autonomous workflows, and monitor key performance metrics. Project 2: The Copilot Business Case. Conduct a vendor evaluation using a TCO model accounting for the Verification Tax. Build a multi-year financial model to justify AI investments to a board.
Project 3: AI Governance Charter and Risk. Map security and compliance using Microsoft Purview. Design a Strategy-as-Code framework to produce an automated governance structure for decision rights and accountability.
Project 4: The Enterprise Transformation Blueprint. Architect a 3–5 year plan for multi-agent workflows using Copilot Studio and Autogen.
