Installed products on-site for enterprise customers, including configuration of servers, installation of the ESI product, integration with the customer’s call logger and CRM or ERP system, and training system administrators.

Offered client support for a wide range of non-profit organizations as well as data center management for both internal infrastructure and client-hosted servers, including routine server maintenance, infrastructure management, disaster recovery planning, strategic planning with executive stakeholders, and custom application development for bespoke solutions.
