This Specialization provides a comprehensive learning path for evaluating private companies, structuring investment deals, analyzing fund economics, and building professional financial models. Learners will explore private equity fund structures, venture capital funding models, ownership dilution, term sheets, investor rights, waterfalls, carried interest, and performance metrics such as IRR, TVPI, NAV, and FCFF.
