Master project execution, Primavera P6, enterprise planning, scheduling, PMO productivity, and project performance control. Build practical skills to plan, manage, monitor, and optimize complex projects using industry-focused workflows.
This Specialization is designed for learners who want to strengthen their project planning and execution capabilities across modern enterprise environments. Through three structured courses, learners explore project productivity, PMO operations, Primavera P6 EPPM, Primavera Unifier, CPM, resource management, dashboards, reporting, risk tracking, portfolio visibility, and performance measurement.
Learners will gain practical knowledge of WBS creation, scheduling logic, activity management, critical path analysis, baselining, progress tracking, timesheet workflows, resource optimization, capacity planning, and project governance. The Specialization also covers enterprise project tool ecosystems, including Primavera P6, Unifier, Gateway integration, analytics, and reporting workflows.
By the end of the Specialization, learners will be able to manage project schedules, support PMO operations, improve project visibility, optimize resources, monitor performance, and confidently contribute to enterprise project execution using Primavera-based workflows.
Applied Learning Project
Learners will complete practical project-based activities focused on building schedules, creating WBS structures, assigning resources, tracking progress, analyzing risks, and preparing dashboards and reports. These projects simulate real enterprise planning scenarios where learners apply Primavera P6 and PMO workflows to improve project visibility, productivity, and execution control.
