Organizations need a systematic approach to define their purpose and focus at all levels, maximizing value creation and delivery. Product management practices offer this discipline, ensuring teams constantly evaluate who they're building for, what to build, and why. This approach aligns limited resources with high-value opportunities and customer needs, increasing product success. The certificate program builds on these principles: Deep understanding of customer needs for a single product throughout its lifecycle. Expanding to related product offerings, envisioning diverse product portfolios using Lean principles. Building a Product Enterprise - its concept, benefits, and implementation. This certificate teaches how to build a product enterprise through lean product portfolio management, applying core lean principles to create scalable internal alignment. The goal is to continuously uncover and deliver high-value opportunities in a customer-centric business model.

Hi I passed all the exams but I can't get the feedback question right which seems to be mandatory so I am unable to complete get the certificate. I tried many combinations I am a Coursera subscriber so the question does not make sense to me as I did not come through class central. However I did look on Their website too but I the categories don't seem to be the same as in the question. Please can you help as this course took a while to do but now I cant get the certificate. I would like to take the next 2 courses too but want to be sure I will get the certificates. I generally liked the course content was useful and I liked the format.
Impossible to complete based on some "required" feedback about a different platform outside of Coursera - therefore cannot get certificate. Some quizzes are in wrong modules and I believe some of the quizzes to be bugged, making them impossible to pass.
