My father passed, and my mother trusted me to be the single owner of the business. Two years After I took over I decided it is time to Build my own career following my own dreams developing my strengths and interests, instead of living someone else's dream.

I was left to manage every process in the company. In January 2020 I directed a complete renovation which aimed optimizing work process, reduction of expenses, and attracting customers . At the end of 2020, there was major increase in the profit.

Started working in Family business officially, after I've being asked for help with by my father . Before that I've spent over a decade working in all positions and understanding each position, and how the business is working. After an year I optimized the work process and got a 60% increase of the company's profit. The second year it was steadily increasing.
