Projects fall apart not because of bad ideas, but because of poor setup, unclear ownership, unreliable data, and reports that nobody trusts. This program gives you the operational and technical skills to prevent all of that.
Project Operations Coordinator: Asana, Excel, and AI Reporting is a beginner-friendly program designed for aspiring project coordinators, operations professionals, team leads, and anyone responsible for keeping projects organized and stakeholders informed. Across eight focused courses and guided projects, you will master the complete project operations workflow: learning project management fundamentals through Asana, applying Waterfall and Agile methodologies across the full project lifecycle, setting up and planning projects with templates and portfolios, managing tasks and time with capacity planning and KPI dashboards, building AI assistants for project management using OpenAI, enforcing data quality and root cause analysis, and connecting live Asana data to Power BI for stakeholder-ready reporting.
You will work with tools including Asana, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, OpenAI, and Chipp.ai throughout, applying hands-on techniques to realistic project scenarios.
By the end of the program, you will be equipped to set up, track, report on, and continuously improve projects with the structure and accountability that professional operations roles demand.
Übungsprojekt
Throughout this program, you will complete hands-on projects that reflect real project operations workflows. You will create an Asana account and build a project with tasks, subtasks, sections, dependencies, and team collaboration features. You will produce a project scope statement, stakeholder responsibility matrix, and sequenced task list with deadlines and owners. You will configure Asana dashboards, build reusable workflow templates, and design multi-project portfolios with cross-project dependencies. You will set up an effort-based workload view using story points and build a KPI dashboard with color-coded thresholds for executive reporting. You will create and publish an AI assistant using OpenAI and Chipp.ai. You will connect Asana data to Power BI to build dashboards tracking burn-down rates and cost performance, conduct a root cause analysis, and produce a corrective action plan with owners and milestones. Each project produces a portfolio-ready artifact.
