Build practical marketing operations skills with Asana and learn how to run campaign work from intake through optimization. You will structure campaigns, manage content calendars and review workflows, track A/B tests, monitor campaign health, and plan schedules and workload using connected Asana work. As the program progresses, you'll use dashboards, metadata standards, governance practices, Forms, Automations, and Bundles to keep campaign operations consistent and scalable. You’ll also work with Asana AI and agentic capabilities, including AI Studio, AI Teammates, and Asana Dash, to draft and verify stakeholder updates, surface priorities, summarize review activity, and support automation decisions. Hands-on projects ask you to create campaign, content, reporting, governance, and intake-to-production workflow evidence you can share as examples of practical work. This beginner-level program is designed for marketing coordinators, campaign managers, and marketing operations specialists. No prior Asana experience is required, but basic familiarity with marketing campaign workflows is recommended. Some Asana features require paid or administrator-enabled access. If you don’t have direct access, supplied evidence and equivalent pathways are available to support your learning.
Projet d'apprentissage appliqué
Apply the program skills through four integrated marketing-operations projects. You will launch a campaign workspace with phase, health, A/B test, schedule, and workload evidence; manage a content workflow from request through brand review and validated stakeholder reporting; build a reporting and governance package using dashboard, metadata, SOP, and evidence-validation work; and design an intake-to-production workflow that combines Forms, Automations, AI-assisted decisions, fallback controls, and standardized components. Each project uses realistic marketing scenarios and produces documented Asana evidence, configuration summaries, and written decisions that you can share as examples of hands-on work.
