You will apply AI step by step across the finance cycle: transaction review and categorisation with account codes and tax treatment, drafting and checking double-entry journal entries for routine and non-routine items, and analysing unmatched items between bank and ledger records to prepare clear bank reconciliations for both finance and non-finance audiences. You will work through GST compliance for a multi-channel D2C business, including invoice-level checks, exception documentation, and drafting monthly tax summaries and professional notice responses. You will also interpret P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow relationships, perform variance and ratio analysis with contextual prompts, and build a 13-week cash flow forecast in Excel with AI guidance—including stress and upside scenarios and tailored commentary for CFO, CEO, and board stakeholders. Finally, you will use AI to flag unusual transactions, document control issues and corrections, and create management-ready MIS reports and board deck outlines that synthesise performance, cash, risks, and recommended actions.
