There are 3 modules in this course

This opening module helps you use AI as a practical assistant for supply chain and logistics work without treating it like a black box. You will learn how tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Excel fit into a human-in-the-loop workflow, what they can and cannot reliably do, and how privacy, grounding, and checking affect everyday decisions. By the end, you will have a simple workspace and reusable prompt structure that make outputs easier to verify, reuse, and trust.

In this module, learners move from setup into the day-to-day planning decisions that drive stock availability and cash use. Using grounded data from spreadsheets, they will work through trend, seasonality, and stockout distortion, then turn those insights into inventory health views, reorder logic, and procurement documents that respect lead times, minimum order quantities, and real business constraints. The focus is on producing outputs that planners, buyers, Sales, and Finance can review and act on.

What's included

8 videos2 assignments

The final module expands AI use from individual planning tasks to the wider control-tower view of operations. Learners will structure messy service and logistics records into usable logs, evaluate suppliers and carriers with scorecards, investigate freight costs, and turn risks and exceptions into clear communications and leadership-ready reporting. The emphasis is on traceable figures, documented evidence, and outputs that hold up in real operational reviews.
