Tres bon cours.

An extremely interesting and useful course. Very practical and to the point.

Although mostly related to Swiss law, given the international character of commerce and of contracts, this course brings a lot of value for all European and possibly also North American viewers.

The course gives a lot of useful information about the Vienna Convention of 1980 on the International Sale of Contracts, the Unidroit prinicples, and the Code Federal Suisse des Obligations.

The course also provides a large amount of very useful contract clauses which can be adapted for practical use.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone who uses contracts, and that, of course, is everyone!

Many thanks to the professor and the University of Geneva for this wonderful course.

This course is absolutely great! Very clear and informative, I've never had any law class before but

I really have the impression that I now understand every point of a contract and its stake.
