If I could recommend anything, it would be to include more visual examples and downloadable templates earlier in the course—such as sample WBS structures, network diagrams, or roadmap formats. While the material is strong, having these ready-to-use resources upfront would make it even easier to translate concepts into practice, especially for visual learners. As someone with experience working in complex, cross-functional environments, this course helped sharpen my approach to structuring work, aligning stakeholders, and managing evolving project needs.
