Reviewed Apr 21, 2025If you’ve already led a security team, I don’t think this course is particularly necessary. The STS formula is flawed. Operational excellence is all about teamwork. Make sure you’re always present in conversations about your company’s products and services. That’s all there is to it! Oh, and if you need to read what you need to explain, you’re not ready to lecture. Sorry!
