The course is chaotically organized. Usually, hardware is taught first and software is taught later. This course skips the course and teaches software first and hardware later. It also teaches data processing and even image, video and audio processing. What does this have to do with security? Not to mention that ordinary IT personnel will not directly do video and audio processing related to business... I really don't know what the author of this course is thinking.
This course helps me to understand, especially for handling the data in terms of storage, processing, and securing from threats. Invaluable insights and scenarios that will help me in my role as an IT Admin.
So many answers keyed wrong on the quizzes and tests. Not happy with that. Also some questions were irrelevant, like asking about what audio effect a producer would use? This isn't an audio engineering class and I'm sure there won't be any questions on the ms-900 or az-900 about that.
