This is an excellent course with different case studies that make you think out of the box. Highly recommended to understand the amazing cases and apt for the roles who are in Ops.

It's easy to understand, there's a lot of extended material to learn, and the homework is not heavy, but you can learn a lot from it.

Wonderful Experience, the videos and articles were of great content. I would love to have a more exhaustive version.

This course on Operations Systems Excellence that I audited was subpar to the other high-quality courses I have completed on Coursera. It is a mere summary of readings and a couple of case studies. The lessons were extremely short, and the videos were boring, with no enthusiasm from the instructor. I would not recommend this course.
