Labs not included

the course talked about labs a lot but none exist.

this course is filled with theories and no practical to help the learners acquire skills for the real job or task, which I find un-encouraging.

50$ for something i can watch on youtube? hell nah mate, sorry.

no practical knowledge they give. they lure you by saying "you'll do these with hands on labs" and what's the surprise? THERE'S NO LAB!! YOU BUY THEM FOR???? 200$$$

This course has no labs even though is advertised as labs are included. Tutor also mentions labs all the time and when you check questions from people in the forum, everyone is asking about it but they don't even bother to reply to people. Spare yourself time and find a proper course with proper labs.

What everyone is saying about the labs is correct, go to the EC Council website to get this course, not here.

I recommend it to everyone who wants to know the essentials of hacking.

This course is well designed and wants more practical lectures.

I was expecting some LABS to practice but the course it is just a bunch of videos. This will not give you any kind of practice. I highly recommend the CyberSecurity from Google which it has some labs and teaches you how to use LINUX, PYTHON, WIRESHARK and more. I don't think this is helpful to start your IT career.

completely theoretical no use of enrolling

This course proved to be one of the best course as it provides basics of ethical hacking for everyone even when learner is newbie or professionals , this course provides an environment for all to learn and memorize the concepts and brush them up very finely .

Covered everything, Great for begineers. But I will still recommed everyone to knowa basic understanding on networking and layers to understand the concepts more clearly

It's a high-level but quite an encompassing introduction to security and vulnerability of various IT industries. A good instructor.

The course was very well organized and detailed.

The course was thorough, and easy to understand.

The course was very good but the testing at the end of most modules had questions that required knowledge that wasn't presented within the module. Its not what I expected what I was guided to an "entry level" course. Still a very informative course but it could possibly turn people off as you can easily feel overwhelmed with that abundance of acronyms and terminology.

Extremely disappointed with Cousera. This was the second ethical hacking course I signed up for and in BOTH cases, these seemed to just be pulled from YouTube or Udemy. In fact, the EH bundle is the EXACT same course I bought on Udemy in 2019. In this instance, not only were there no actual resources or glossary (like what Google presents for it's cybersecurity course), but so many people have stated there are NO labs to ensure that you're able to use what you've learned. It feels like Coursera is just throwing whatever and whoever onto their site now, regardless if they're helpful or not.

This course is poorly taught. Some of the quiz questions don't actually matchup with anything that was covered in the videos. I printed out the transcripts and tried to see if I happened to miss the instructor talking about it but found that I had not. I disenrolled from the course midway through.
