Great information and learning to build a foundation for understanding Diversity and Inclusion.

This course will serve as a "deep dive" into the concepts and trends related to diversity and inclusion. One of the barriers to sustained organizational effectiveness in this area has been identified as a superficial understanding of diversity and inclusion. Therefore, this course will provide you with the foundational knowledge that will assist you in developing a successful diversity and inclusion recruitment strategy. The course will explore diversity from three perspectives: Global, individual, and organizational. This course is one of four that comprise the Recruiting for Diversity and Inclusion Specialization, offered by the University of Western Australia. Complete them all to gain an in-depth understanding of this fascinating and important topic.

Even though the content of the course is very interesting, it is very badly designed, with grammar mistakes and mistakes in questions.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, THE QUIZZES ON THE LAST COURSE ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO PASS DUE TO GRADING ERRORS AND NO ONE CARES. I WASTED SO MUCH TIME ON THIS. COULDN'T BE MORE DISSAPOINTED!!!!!
I really learned a lot in this course. Before starting, I thought I had a solid understanding
of Inclusion and Diversity but now I know that I am so much better prepared! Thanks so much for all the learning :)

Very helpful and easy to understand information
thank you
Course assumes you already understand feminism, LGBTQIA+ issues, race issues, disability, etc. So if you're a true beginner this is not for you at all. The material is very inaccessible, with text in images that cannot be read by text to speech users, subtitling errors that make the large audio components inaccessible to those with hearing and language processing disabilities and a complete refusal to use visual aids for any of the content which will affect autistic and other visual learners. As a disabled learner I certainly did not feel invited to the party or asked to dance in this course.
This course ironically doesn't recognise how non-diverse the content and imagery used in presentations is - white privilege and heteronormativity are rife throughout the first couple of modules. I found it very difficult to engage with.
