This course will teach you how to use the Agile Kanban Board to create your first project in Jira, create issues, epics, tasks, set WIP limits, create a roadmap, and work with team members. It's great because it explains how to share and manage workflows using transitions.

Course content is very understandable and simple. And for practice, there is a left side screen and videos are on the right-side screen, so it is too easy for learning.

If you're looking to build new skills, you may not use them in your current job but other companies are using them. It's worth the shot to understand the basics.

The course is completely out of date with the Jira interface so it should no longer be listed. Waste of time.

It was a great course. I enjoyed it and learned a lot. Someone had taken me through Jira in the past before, but the person's approach seemed or made it seem so difficult. However, this guided project tutorial by Coursera was so easy to follow and intuitive. It made me actually enjoy using Jira. I am grateful, thank you Coursera and Course Instructor!

Excellent introductory course to Jira, albeit some of the menus in Jira have changed, still very relevant. Focuses on Kanban Board / Agile practices using software development templates

I liked how he explain high level of Jira for beginners, easy to understand. Also, I like that the time for every video is only few minutes.
