The instructors did a good job in illustrating the content to beginners. But the sequence and submission time of the quizzes were messed up.

The curriculum was excellent. It went far beyond my esthetics licensing course. The final project of creating a product in the AI chatbot was challenging but purposeful. I got great feedback from the AI chatbot on my moisturizer and left with a good Cosmetic Product Specification Sheet. I do wish the course had an extra lesson on natural ingredients rather than mentioning one per category or perhaps gave a sample product formula for one. I was happy with my natural, luxurious lotion I created.

I am a chemical engineer looking forward to mastering in cosmetic science this course has spiked my interest a lot more than I thought it would

Many mistakes in the quizzes with duplicate questions or questions from the wrong section being asked early. Many of the larger quizzes say they give 1.5hr but end up having a 5min clock. Otherwise, informative

Did not certificate on the completion of course

Pretty good initial introduction, not very in-depth, but certainly helpful, and relatively thorough. I am worried I will not get my certificate without paying a fee, but that is the fault of Coursera, not this course, or its organizers. I will leave an appropriate review for Coursera itself in an appropriate venue, should this issue not be resolved.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to take this class and for all the all I'm learning. I feel very confident about my future with all of this knowledge.
