It's a very good course. However, it's isn't well explanatory. It is not a beginners course, rather an intermediate course. Anyways, Kudos to the Microsoft Team for this masterpiece.

Disappointing to get this far into the course and then find that I need to pay a subscription to another website to be able to install a 'Windows Virtual Machine' or else most of the activities can't be completed.
dislike talking to an ai assistant after every assessment

I understand the importance of learning about AI tools, however, I felt the AI was thrown in way to early for this certificate. I want to be able to understand the manual fundamentals of using SQL before having AI tools thrown at me. I felt parts of this course were confusing because I was unsure if the AI recommendation were actually helpful. I wanted a better understanding of SQL so I could be more discerning when using the AI tools later on.
This course does not have very good teaching, sometimes they bring some brand new code and doesn't explain anything. Sometimes the test result bring some arguments. But on the bright side, it does bring a lot about ACID, Transaction and Isolation. Kinda informative for those fresh in SQL Server.
