Este breve curso, a mi parecer introductorio, permite obtener una visión objetiva de qué es lo que nuestros equipos de trabajo necesitan para realizar sus labores de manera eficiente y efectiva. Dentro de todos los aspectos inmiscuidos, encontramos el rol del "Manager", y de cómo nuestras actitudes, nuestras acciones y nuestras palabras pueden, de una manera tan profunda, impactar en cada uno de nuestros colaboradores y, en un fin ulterior afectar, de manera positiva o negativa, nuestros objetivos como equipo, y como organización. Lo recomiendo.

It is really common sense, everything mentioned in this course but it has been put forth in a really fun way and the stories of these leading personalities from Google are really insightful, especially Savio's record label story. Thank you Google for this wonderful course.

Overall, this course has truly elevated my perspective on leadership and people management. I highly recommend it to anyone aspiring to grow as a confident, empathetic, and impactful manager.

The most value I got from this course is about managing up and the importance of relationship building and networking. I haven't seen that content in other leadership courses. I am hoping to apply this strategy.
