Not worth the price, it shares simple things that are out of common sense. I took the free one as it is overpriced for what it has to offer, just watch a bunch of YouTube videos, spare money.

Brief and to the point.

While the content was good and informative, the video presentation could have used some visual interest to make it easier to watch. Also, there were some bugs (like a link that wouldn’t open and some items that were difficult to navigate as they were almost off the page. For instance, there was a button I needed to click at one point that took multiple tries because only a sliver of it appeared on my screen and I couldn’t get my mouse to activate it.

While the course provided a solid foundation on data privacy and ethical considerations, it felt overly repetitive and too focused on compliance topics rather than practical, customer service applications. I was hoping for more hands-on examples specific to customer success workflows and real-world use cases. The instructor could have benefited from more energy to keep the content dynamic.
