For those looking to expand their understanding of planned giving, this course provides a helpful survey of key topics, including review of the primary planned giving vehicles, how to talk with donors about the vehicles, marketing, and risk prevention. The assignments enhance learning and are reasonable in scope. I also appreciated the consistent donor-centered focus.
Great course. The only improvement I would suggest is having a couple more specific examples where one has to assess a donor's financial situation and the student chooses which vehicle fits best and explain why. Other than that I learned a lot. Thank you!!
