I especially appreciated the focus on coaching, communication, feedback frameworks (like SBI™), and time management strategies, as well as the integration of AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making. A short but informative course

Its Good...

It needs to be edited. Some questions repeated and there were grammatical issues like some sentences were not fully copy-pasted. It was clear that effort declined around Module 3 and some (probably most!) of the writing seemed AI generated and copied from Chat-GPT (not Gemini) due to the em-dashes which is it's unofficial signature. There's a lot of useful information included and some great resources.

This is a good introdutory course for individuals who have been promoted to a managerial role. The experienced shared by the lectureres are insightful and relevant. The content and delivery methods are excellent. I learnt a few new concepts and gained deeper insight into certain concepts I had knowledge about. Thank You.
