Good and useful for me as a leader

Insightful leadership course that offers useful advise for leaders at all levels in an organization and varying stages in their career on how to better themselves and their interactions with those around them; however, the material has very little to do with cross-functional collaboration. It appears that Oxana had a clear vision of what she wanted to deliver through this course, but Oscar took the discussion in a very different direction, aligning his commentary around the segments of his book instead.
