The lessons on mirroring, using the language of common life, and active listening were especially valuable, and I feel more confident applying these skills in both professional and personal conversations. This is an amazing course to help you become more confident in your own skin and get you out of your comfort zone regarding conversations. It will also help you to become a better listener as well as understand why certain conversations lead to friction
