The emotional Intelligence is the first of any course I have taken to improve my EQ, the course was very useful and helped me introspect on the emotions I had in different situations and could relate to many discussions

I was able to learn about emotions and how to manage my reactions and anticipate other people's reactions. This is a great course for managers and leaders in the workforce.
