Peer-graded assignments never get reviewed. You are basically stuck at the end of each course, at the mercy of a lucky grading of your assignment in a couple of days. There are people stuck in the middle of the course for weeks. This is nonsense and a waste of money and especially and most importantly TIME.
the peer-grading system is abused by plagiarism. i found myself reviewing my work that others submitted as their own.

Using Data Analytics in Supply Chain” is hands-down one of the best courses I’ve taken on Coursera. It perfectly bridges theory and real-world application: from EOQ and safety stock calculations to cutting-edge topics like demand sensing, prescriptive analytics, and AI in supply chain. The Excel-based projects (especially the Prosacco inventory plan) forced me to actually calculate everything myself — no fluff, just pure skill-building. By the end, I could confidently read a real logistics dataset, spot problems, and propose data-driven solutions. The videos are short, clear, and packed with examples from companies like Nike, Apple, and Zipline. If you want to become a job-ready supply chain analyst (or level-up fast in your current role), this course is gold. Highly recommended!
Understanding data in today's digital age is like understanding the fuel for a business engine. Without a fundamental understanding and proper management, data becomes nothing more than a confusing jumble of numbers, not a valuable asset
Thank you Unilever for this kind of self-paced training. I am able to view reply to things that quiet unclear to me. And it really add up to my self-development and could be a big help to my upcoming career.

The course content could use a revise in order. There were assignments with programs and tasks that had not yet been taught, only for it to be taught the next module. It became very frustrating, but the content was good
"Peer assessments can sometimes be subjective."
responses on grading is not fair and very delayed - poor management
