This course is more about Artificial Intelligence AND Marketing than AI IN Marketing. I expected more.
I was looking for something more techincal.
There is so much more to think about this. This Course is more for Marketeers and CEO's who are completly new to AI. I missed many concepts, i have learned during studieng much more ways to do better Marketing and AI.
The course requires significant updates. The rapid pace of the AI industry renders much of the content outdated. Furthermore, certain course assessments contain incorrect and misleading phrasing. For instance, a multiple-choice option for a personal preference question should not present an incorrect answer, even if the individual disagrees with it.
It seems to be a bait and switch. In the description, it says you will earn a certificate you can share on LinkedIn. After you complete the course, it encourages you to download the certificate and promote it. However, rather than just emailing you the certificate or giving you a direct download link, you are thrown into a convoluted loop that gets you no-where. After you complete a course, there is no certificate anywhere in your Accomplishments, in your Education section or anywhere in your profile. Coursera's chatbot is worthless and is worse than no customer service at all. So, yes: complete the course, but don't expect anything else from it other than the experience. There is not even a way to get around the failed chatbot via an email help line or form you can fill out so that some human, somewhere can help sort things out. I am deeply disappointed.

I completed this course expecting a more comprehensive and structured learning experience, especially since it was listed as offering a certificate. Unfortunately, the content felt surface-level and lacked the depth or practical application I was hoping for. To make matters worse, even though the course description said a certificate would be available upon completion, I haven't been able to access or download it. That part feels misleading. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this course unless you're looking for a very basic overview.
One of the best course for a person starting to understand the use of AI in marketing. Raj has explained concepts very well.

a course worth giving your time., how ever the peer reviews take a hell amount of time which i do not find it releavant as there should be a team to review and clear it right away and wind up the course. there is no point in dragging it till the last day just for the reviews.
i enjoyed the material offered in this. Most of it was new but I was encouraged to research more because everything I learned related to what I am accustomed to. I would encourage anyone to experience the journey. it's exciting!
