Frankly, poor. Information is not always presented in a clear manner, and is sometimes actually factually incorrect, and test answers are sometimes wrong. This specialization is the worst set of courses I have encountered on Coursera and the courses need a thorough review.
I completed the specialization certificate through subscription of my organization but Coursera is not issuing a specialization certificate despite all the courses. They have such a shameless support team. I am totally disappointed with them
the instructor speak like a robot, speak very speed and the sound has like an after effect .
Thank you for this course has given me a better understanding of compensation and benefits. I will put what I've learnt into practice.

The video narratives were confusing, it was not a smooth flow and even hard to catch up at times.

Amazing course. It is really helpful and easy to understand (the course). It explains things like salaries, bonuses and employee benefits in a simple and practical way, with examples that make sense. The lessons are organized nicely, so you don’t feel overwhelmed and it’s great for anyone who’s new to HR or just wants to learn more. Overall, it’s a great course that makes learning about pay and benefits interesting and enjoyable.
The course was very educative and interesting. I get to learn a lot of new HR processes and procedures as well as laws that i have never heard of. The instructors were also amazing in the delivery of their lectures. The last activities and quizes covered all aspects taught in the program. I look forward to learning more in the other modules ahead. Thank you to the Coursera Team for putting this program together.
I found Rhea Bautista to be excellent at presenting subject matter. Ms. Bautista had a way of presenting the subject matter not only in a way to understand what being presented but applying the material in real life professional applications. Ms. Bautista was able to present her knowledge and experience of subject came through with every video. I wish I could give this class more than 5 stars.
