The course is well-organized and informative. However, the quiz questions are not matched to the modules, and many appear before the lectures.
Thank you for the opportunity, I work in the field already. Its better insite.

Microelectronics enable all aspects of our daily lives (across consumer products, automotive, communication, computer, medical, agriculture), and must all be housed in secure packages. This specialization, jointly developed by ASU and Intel, provides a foundational understanding of what Semiconductor Packaging is, how packaging is designed and made, and how it works to finish, connect and protect functional parts.

It is easy to understand how important semiconductor packaging is
This course provides a great overview and Roadmap for Heterogeneous Integration and Advanced packaging. A great starting point for anyone who wants to explore the world of HI.

Nice that it provides links to interesting articles. Too much factual information but little focus on how things actually work.
Short introductory course; hits the spot for an intro, although could use more images to display the different IC package types, assembly processes, etc. Original content from ASU/Intel in this course is VERY limited; majority of your time is spent reading web articles written by others from around the world. Quiz questions are sometimes confusing, and are often taken directly from text or instructors words, without appreciation for the context used. Could use some improvement in creating and selecting quiz questions. Please review the usage of English in the typed sections and quizzes. It doesn't detract from the overall content, but is a distraction and leads people to incorrect language usage...
This is the best short introduction I’ve seen so far on semiconductor packaging! I learned in just 10 hours what I’ve been struggling to understand for the past two years. The explanations were clear, concise, and practical. Huge thanks to the two excellent instructors — I’m very grateful for this course!
This course is really helpful for the beginners of Packaging engineers. Content is simple and understandable to all. Highly recommended for everyone to take courses. Thanks to all the coaches for this effort.
