Yes, it’s the same as the on-campus program. Upon program completion, you will receive your diploma. It is a degree conferred for a Master of Accountancy, and it does not have any "online" or "Coursera" designations.
You can access course materials on the Coursera platform anytime from anywhere. Courses have been designed by OU’s Price College faculty specifically for an online learning environment.
The online MAcc program is a total of 33 credit hours, most of which are live, weekly courses.
The program is flexible, designed for working adults and can be completed in as little as 15 months full time and 21 months part time.
No. The online MAcc program is pleased to offer prerequisite courses through the OU Price College of Business for individuals with no prior accounting experience looking to make a career change.
The online MAcc program offers a limited number of merit-based scholarships. The University of Oklahoma’s Financial Aid office also assists students by providing information about scholarship and financial aid opportunities available at the University of Oklahoma.
