Kimberly is an engaging, animated, and accomplished speaker and PMP exam prep instructor. Teaching since November 2012, she has hundreds of PMP courses and thousands of students under her belt, with a very high pass rate. She was an adjunct instructor for the University of Tennessee Chattanooga and has taught at Louisiana State University. Course participants include people in all spectrums of private industry, government, active duty and transitioning military members, and veterans. Ms. Casperson is a PMI certified Authorized Training Partner (ATP) instructor. In 2021, she co-developed the PMP Certificate Complete Video Course and produced study and flash cards for Pearson Education. Kimberly is an active member of PMI and is serving as PMI Carolina Chapter’s Professional Development Day Co-Director and volunteer. Kimberly has a diverse background in consulting, marketing, healthcare, advertising, mortgage and financial services, biopharmaceutical research, manufacturing, construction services, the Department of Defense, and the State of Ohio. Ms. Casperson is a partially disabled veteran and woman owned small business. She was a Far East (Korean) Crypto Linguist Specialist, TS/SCI, in the U.S. Air Force. Kimberly still remembers some Korean and also speaks basic Japanese.
