Very basic. I thought this would be about managing change in an agile environment. This was just a bunch of definitions. Could have been completed in 10 mins of reading in one document. The quizzes were also useless given the number of self reflective questions. None of them had any intelligence built into them to validate the response that was being entered. Just a tick box exercise.

It is hard to understand due to fast tempo of speaking and unclear pronunciation. Also too many disruptions (quiz) in the middle of speech.
