The "AI for Everyone" course is a fantastic introduction to the world of artificial intelligence. Andrew Ng's approachable teaching style makes complex concepts easy to grasp, even for non-technical learners. The course strikes a perfect balance between simplicity and depth, providing a comprehensive understanding of AI, machine learning, and deep learning without overwhelming participants.
What sets this course apart is its focus on real-world relevance and ethical considerations. Ng thoughtfully addresses the practical implications and ethical challenges of AI, encouraging responsible and conscientious AI usage. This emphasis equips learners with the knowledge to make informed decisions and contribute positively to their organizations and society.
In summary, "AI for Everyone" offers a well-rounded and accessible entry point into AI, making it an invaluable resource for individuals seeking to understand AI's potential impact on various industries while navigating ethical complexities.

The course is a solid high level introduction to the concepts of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and mentions (in passing) some deeper concepts like natural language processing and knowledge graphs. I enjoyed it! My critical feedback revolves around the final week: I appreciated the attention given to ethics in AI, but it seems worth mentioning that efforts to eliminate bias and prejudice are themselves inherently based on judgement calls, and will reflect the value(s) of the person(s) making those judgements. Since this course is aimed at business leaders, I suggest adding some verbiage to the need for an enterprise to articulate those values in a manner that supports their inclusion (at an engineering level) into the techniques, data, and algorithms being developed by those AI teams.

Thoughtful, great overview of real-world AI use cases and some decent info on what may be involved in working with an AI company and starting to think about creating an internal AI team. Good (and very timely) thoughts on how AI has been and continues to be misused in PsyOps - affecting perceptions of political candidates and parties (without going too far into accusations) - very helpful in recognizing real risks and future implications and dispelling myths. Great overview, but not a starter for those that want to actually get into AI. It's not going to teach machine learning, but it may point you towards an overall understanding of how it all ties together. Great course for the over-eager exec who demands some innovation without doing any research into what to expect.

Let me start with the lecturer Andrew Ng. He is well-versed, well-prepared, no question there. 4 stars out of 5 is for him actually. As for the content of the class, I can only rate it as a free course of the university I work for has provided me with, which is 2 at best. I watch lots of videos on IT and related topics everyday, and this course is an organized version of it, and there are things that I was not aware of before. However, I expected a bit more detailed content. For a free course it was enough, but If I had paid for it, that would have been another story. Again, 4 is for Mr. Andrew Ng.
If you know almost nothing about AI, this is a well-planned introduction for businesses how to make use of AI.

Good overview of current state of AI tech in many industries, from a business perspective. Andrew is a great instructor and provides a lot of clarity in these lectures. Would recommend if you work in a role that interfaces with AI teams or AI products, but this course may not be deep enough for more technical folks. I appreciate the inclusion of the executive perspective on building teams and strategizing, but I ended up treating it as supplemental information as it was not relevant to my current role. Would have also appreciated a bit more depth in the discussion about the models. Overall consider this course an 8.5/10 for me personally, but it may be a 10/10 depending on your needs :)

This course is a pretty good introductional course on AI, it's effective and broad enough. Yet I can't help but feeling like it was a bit to geared towards companies and it panders to them heavily to the point of getting a bit akward in some points, I also feel like some points were a bit too biased from the point of view of someone inside the industry. I can't put it into words but hopefully someone does understand what I mean and will try to adjust the aim of the course. I want to stress that this criticism of mine is very personal and comes from someone with great inexperience so of course it has to be taken with a grain of salt
