The spotify documentation has changed a lot since this was made. It's not impossible or anything, just had to interpret some different items and make sure to correctly type the code that wasn't available to copy.

It's an absolute horror of a project. everything is outdated and nothing seemed to work. I would have gotten the refund but unfortunately, that's not an option.
