Run the full discovery process — from preservation and written discovery to depositions and e-discovery.

This course takes paralegals through the complete discovery lifecycle. You'll start with preservation and investigation, including public-records and expert-witness research and effective client and witness interviews. From there you'll master written discovery — interrogatories, supplementation, and admissions — plus document production do's and don'ts and a practical checklist approach to e-discovery. The course finishes with deposition logistics and summaries, subpoenaing different types of records, and the ethical standards that govern discovery work.

Begin the discovery process with evidence preservation and investigation, public-records and expert-witness research, and effective client and witness interviews.
