Good lectures and lecturers.

My disappointment is only for not being able to finish the course ahead of time. SO if you are a FAST learner do not take this course cause you will end up waiting for 2 month to access the assignments and get certificate even thou you finished all the courses. these 2 months include you paying for subscription while waiting to finish 1 hour out of 5 week course. Should be more fair to all types of learners

Frankly, poor. Information is not always presented in a clear manner, and is sometimes actually factually incorrect, and test answers are sometimes wrong. This specialization is the worst set of courses I have encountered on Coursera and the courses need a thorough review.

Online support about issues is very poor. Iam stucked in one graded assignment since one month , many time reach to chat support but issue not resolved yet

Cant get certificate while on free trial

It was a great course. I learned many areas of interacting and working with employees. It is highly recommended for non-HR personnel to understand the concepts and for HR generalists as a refresher.

Extremely helpful information with an amazing instructor who is just perfect with the speed, language, and tone of her voice. I enjoyed learning so much from her <3!!

The course was helpful, but the typos in the written material & transcripts of the videos (including the quizzes, assignments, and graded exams) were incredibly distracting and sometimes contradictory to what the presenter was saying in the video.

The course "Employee Relations" has become useful and relevant for me, especially in the context of real work situations that we have become acquainted with during my studies. The topics that covered occupational safety, employee well-being, conflict resolution and ensuring fair working conditions were not only theoretical, but also practical - with clear examples and cases that can be applied in the real HR environment. Particularly valuable was the emphasis on the role of communication between the employee and the employer, the importance of feedback and compliance with safety standards. Thanks to cases similar to those at SliceU, I better understood how important it is to respond to risks in a timely manner, organize training for staff and form trusting relationships in the team. The course allowed us to see how even minor miscalculations (for example, lack of instruction or untimely inspection of equipment) can affect the health and morale of employees. This forms an awareness of the HR specialist's responsibility to create a safe and supportive work environment. Overall, the course was clearly structured, with useful materials and practical tasks that stimulate critical thinking and understanding of the real needs of employees.

This course was very informational and designed with purpose to highlight the importance of employee relations within an organization. It consists of the fundamentals for a healthy and productive teams and the implementation of a diverse and inclusive work space for all.

Overall, this assignment enhanced my leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills. These are valuable competencies that I can apply in my professional career to help build a more collaborative, inclusive, and productive workplace.

This was an outstanding course offering a comprehensive breakdown of various aspects of employee relations and providing valuable insights to apply in practice.
