I've loved the course! Instructors take their time explaining things, make you move forward through small but effective steps, and overall, it's a warm and amiable introduction to the UX world.

This course gave a great overview of the UX Design process and fundamental skills needed to perform research. Really sets up a detailed roadmap that helps navigate the user experience journey.

I am new to UX Design. This course was a fantastic introduction to this exciting field. It was well paced, with great information. Looking forward to completing the rest of the specialization.

Simple. I liked how all the videos were under 10 minutes. It was easier to chunk into study sessions. Also the personal interview videos were a nice break to note-taking in the lecture videos.

The reading sections of the course should be able to be dowloaded due to the amount of detailed information avaialable. The course is excellent. A solid foundation to start a great career.

I did not need the estimated 18 hours (partly because it's possible to play videos with increased speed)
