Video content served as a great intro, but at times more detail was needed to complete tests with high scores. Consider adding more content in videos or links to articles with more info before tests.

This was one of the best learning I had. Very simple and easy way to do the labs and understand the concepts. Even though the content is around fundamentals, it helps to remember the terminologies.

**Subject: Feedback on Google Cloud Certification Course – "Getting Started with Cloud Storage and Cloud SQL" Lab** Sir, After completing the **"Getting Started with Cloud Storage and Cloud SQL"** lab in the **Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure** course, I feel compelled to share my feedback, which I hope will help improve the experience for future students. While I’ve technically completed the module, I must express my **extreme frustration** with the process. The lab was far from what I expected in a professional certification course, and it became more of an obstacle course than a learning experience. Here are some of the critical issues I encountered: 1. **Lack of Lab Demos and Clear Instructions**: There was no clear **demo setup** provided, and the instructions were vague in many parts. As a result, I wasted a lot of time navigating errors that shouldn’t have happened. Technology should be able to pinpoint where problems occur, or at the very least, the course content should have clear roadblocks or warnings to prevent common mistakes. 2. **Out-of-Sync Content**: The instructions seemed out of sync with the expected tasks. This added a layer of confusion and led to unnecessary rework. It was clear that the lab wasn’t properly tested for consistency, and this caused significant delays. 3. **Lack of Support**: When I reached out for support, the responses were largely **ineffective** and didn’t resolve the issues I was facing. At a certain point, the lack of helpful guidance only intensified the frustration. While I have **technically finished** the course, the experience was extremely taxing and has left me **questioning the quality of the material**. A course like this should help students build confidence in cloud technologies, not leave them feeling demoralized by endless errors and unclear steps. I genuinely hope this feedback is taken seriously. In the future, I would strongly recommend that the course **include detailed, real-life demo setups**, offer clearer instructions, and have more robust support to help navigate the course content. Otherwise, students will only find themselves battling these obstacles with little to no direction. While I learned valuable content, I will be **very cautious** before engaging with any further Google Cloud programs, as the **extreme frustration** and **lack of professional support** make it difficult to recommend this course to others. Thank you for the learning experience, but there’s a lot of room for improvement.

The videos are too complex with the use of meaningless words and too quickly read out, with little context. The quizzes are too difficult as the videos do not use the same words or descriptions as used within the quiz. Different terminology without clear explanations. Even a google search for the questions being asked doesn't provide the correct answer or term that the quiz had as it's answers? That's not fair at all with a course at this 'basic level'. The labs are hit and miss and mostly take longer to provision than is given to complete the lab. I support enterprise networks, storage and server infrastructure, I'm not a programmer and like to know why I'm doing something and what to expect from the outcome, rather than type this, do that, click this, well done you've completed that module??? I'm not sure what some of the services in this course a 'normal business' would use and for what purpose either.
