This course was good and challenging. You will have to do research in the final project. It does not hold your hand. Push through it and you will be better for it.

My only complain is on the final questions of the project. It asks for features not present in the requirements. I admit I may have overlooked them but I really searched.

Nevertheless, the course is worth it and learned quite a bit through the challenge of the final project.

Overall it was an interesting jump into the world of Web Development. I gave it 4 stars because it's definitely not for beginners. Most of the time I was lost in the later sections and I feel that the instructions need to be updated for the final project because I ran into a lot of issues. It did make me push myself to find online resources and learn more so that was good I suppose.

Overall this course helped me understand what you actually do as a web developer, I had no idea what languages were used. Most things you can figure out. I will say the JavaScript section should have more exercises. It was very difficult to get the concepts just by watching videos, I still don't understand Javascript. The class was worth it for me though, I learned a lot.

So if you are an absolute beginner you need to know that probably you will need to study fearther so you can take this easily. Dont be afraid the most labs are helpfull. TAKE CARE ON JAVASCRIPT. So , it was a nice course but this lab enviroment some times it crashed. (DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE 20 SCREENSHOTS ON LAST PROJECT spoiler alert *)

The course is good enough to understand the very basics of html, css and javascript. The hands on lab exercises were helpful as well the developer insights. Course is little outdated on the lectures on javascript. Also it would be good if little more importance were given to the practical part rather than the theoretical part.

the course and the final project are amazing but i see that, the voice of the reader in your courses look like a a machin voice thats hard to undrstand

cause its take every part with same volume and tonality and dont focus on the important part in the course

Good general introduction to Web Development. However, it is lecture heavy and the the final project is a bit advanced for the introductory nature of the course. Would recommend supplementing with additional hands-on practice in HTML/JavaScript to be equipped to tackle it.

It was a nice introduction and I even learned quite a bit new things, even though I already have some front-end experience. Sometimes, the questions don't reflect accurately what was covered before. Other than that, quite interesting course with lots of relevant information

A good course, although not suitable for beginners in my opinion. The course content does not provide the necessary learning to enable you to complete the final assignment, without spending time researching and self learning separately to the course material.

This course was easy-to-follow and engaging. The final project, however, was not scaffolded into. I appreciated the chance to learn a lot on my own as I completed it, but I also would have appreciated having more resources directly available that fed into it.

Very informative and challenging. I love coursera and the introduction to Web Dvt with HTML CSS and JS. I just wish, if there was some quick response from our discussion platform participants when I needed some clue.

This course covers a variety of different aspects of Web Development but I think It would have been much better to include more modern materiel and to have more hands-on labs as it's in those lessons the information really settles in to the brain.

The introduction to web development on Coursera is engaging and provides a solid foundation for beginners, making complex concepts accessible. However, it could benefit from more practical exercises to reinforce learning.

Something is a little bit too deep for people without any fundamental, like DOM lv2 (It can't be understanded if that person doesn't have a fundamental before). Everything else is good, the material, speed and workshop.

As a prior UX Designer, I enjoyed the course to understand aspects of web development better . My favourite parts were the hands-on projects where I could really do things, I think there should be even more of it.

Content introduced was good (especially for such a short course).

The assignment was a pain in terms of having to take screen shots for each task (question), many of which were replicas of the previous ones.

It is a very good course introducing CSS, HMTL and javascript fundamentals, however the kicker is you have to know some programming or do some more research.

Concepts are good, solid and well delivered.

Greate course proud to complete it. the reason i give it 4 is that there are some topics that haven't covered in deep such as AJAX it might be covered on other courses since this one is introduction.

Quality course overview - lots to learn, but notetaking helps. Final project tested skills well. Linked lab assignment platform was buggy and had random errors in code preventing me from using it.

It is one of the most valuable course offered by IBM. It helps for to better understand and make the learnings easier. And it will help in my placements also adds weightage for my resume.

The course in general was very good. But I was a little disappointed with the final exam. The platform on which the final exam is held hid some important information, due to an error.

The range of topics is too big to be covered in one 6-week course, so it must be treated more like a good overview of the topics. Also like to note interesting hands on projects.

Great course. Learned new things a lot. The inconsistencies in the Network lab kept it from a 5-star though. Still I loved the course and other stuff mentioned in it.

The course was quiet informative, I am really glad to learn with this plat form.
