As someone who previously took the official PMP exam preparation course from PMI before sitting for the exam I went in feeling confident but quickly realized during the test that I was seeing terms and concepts I did not fully understand. Unfortunately that lack of preparation resulted in me not passing the exam. After completing the Managing People with Power Skill course I can truly appreciate the instructor’s approach and teaching style. One of the most valuable aspects of this course was how clearly the instructor explained how the PMP exam actually works especially the people domain. She took the time to break down key terms explain what the people section is really assessing and provide insight into how these concepts appear in exam questions. What stood out most was how she used her own power skills to guide us on how to think through the questions rather than just memorizing answers. The way she compared and contrasted scenarios throughout the course helped reinforce understanding and made the material much easier to apply both for the exam and in real world leadership situations. I would strongly recommend this course to anyone preparing for the PMP or to professionals looking to strengthen their people management and leadership skills. This course fills important gaps and provides clarity that is essential for success.

A comprehensive course that provide very important knowledge concerning people and power skills in project management, that is a significant portion in the PMP exams. It would be very useful to have more quizzes or more questions to the existing quizzes with real-life examples.

This course does a great job of providing a structured and organized approach to what is fundamentally a soft skills domain of the PMP exam. Really appreciated the concrete tools, techniques and the overall structure of this course within the PMP exam prep series.

Videos were easy to follow but also very detailed. I felt prepared to take the final at the end.

Good PMI prep and explanations of the concepts + I like the nuanced quizzes which sharpen my thinking within the PM realm. What's a shame is that I don't know what answers I have wrong in the weekly quizzes and exams, and thus I'm not learning from my mistakes. I don't have time to be a detective and scrutinize every single answer every 8 hours when I get a new tries. It'd be good e.g. to "accept grade" if I don't want to retake the exam further and see the results with explanations.
